MoU and Consulatation Meeting with Madhesh University

We are pleased to announce that the Federalism and Localization Center (FLC) and Madhesh University (MU) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today in Birgunj. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Prof. Dr. Deepak Shakya (Vice-Chancellor), Mr. Bijay Kumar Yadav (Registrar), and Prof. Dr. A. K. Mishra (Dean) from MU, and Dr. Khim Lal Devkota (Chairperson), Mr. Prakash Pantha (Executive Director), and Mr. Krishna Kumar Sah (Senior Program Coordinator) from FLC


On April 7, 2026, FLC, in collaboration with the Institute of Federalism, Madhesh University (IoF-MU), organized the second consultation meeting on "Curriculum Development on Federalism" at Madhesh University, Birgunj. The meeting was honored by the presence of Dr. Sunil Ranjan Singh (Chief Attorney, Madhesh Province), Dr. Khim Lal Devkota (Head/Chairperson, Institute of Federalism), along with Prof. Dr. Deepak Shakya, Mr. Bijay Kumar Yadav, and Prof. Dr. A. K. Mishra from Madhesh University.


Mr. Dinesh Kumar Chaudhary (Chairperson of Paterwa Sugauli Rural Municipality), Prof. Indu Shekhar Mishra, Dr. Binay Kumar Mishra, Mr. Manoj Kumar Sah, along with other academicians and concerned authorities, provided valuable feedback for further refinement and finalization of the draft curriculum presented during the consultation.
